We asked downhill ski racing legend and Flylow athlete Daron Rahlves what kind of a jacket he wanted us to make and he said, a hoodless, softshell midlayer, built for layering under a shell, spring touring, and life’s daily grind. Think of it as a bootpacking track jacket. So we made it, added some cool features like stretchy spandex, ample pockets, and a DWR coating to keep you dry, and named it D$, after him.
