Order Processing & Delivery Estimates

Once your order has been confirmed and the product is in stock, it will be shipped out within 1-3 business days. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays. Generally, estimated delivery times are as follows:

Local Calgary: 1-2 business days

Western Canada: 1-7 business days

Eastern Canada: 4-7 business days for major cities, 7-10 business days for rural areas

Yukon, Nunavut & NWT: 7-15 business days

In-Store Pickup

We offer free in-store pickup at our Ski West Mountain Division location. This option is offered during the checkout process. These orders will typically be ready for pickup within 1-4 business days. A notification will be emailed to you when your order is ready for pickup – please wait for this email before coming to the store!

Order Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been packed and prepared for courier pick up. If you do not receive your tracking number, please contact us.

$50 (flat-rate) Flat-rate. Any applicable customs duties & tariffs are not covered under this rate.

Before placing an order from the U.S., please take a moment to read the following:

All shipments to the U.S., regardless of order value, may be subject to import duties, taxes, and processing fees.

These fees are determined by U.S. Customs and Border Protection and are not included in your order total at checkout.

As the importer, you are responsible for paying any applicable fees directly to the shipping carrier to receive your package.

We know this is a change, and we’re here to help you navigate it. However, please be aware that paying these import fees is a required part of the delivery process. 

No refunds, credits, or replacements will be issued for abandoned packages.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for orders shipped to the U.S at this time.

Shipment Responsibility

Once your package leaves our warehouse, we are not responsible for shipping delays. Any damages or losses in transit by the carrier is generally out of our control. However, we do care! Please reach out, and our team will do our absolute best to assist you with tracking down your package or filing a claim.

Out of Stock/Backordered Items

We do our best to keep all items in stock, but sometimes demand can exceed supply. If an item is on backorder, you will be contacted with an updated ETA or an alternative item. If neither option is available, you will be issued a full refund for the item(s).

If your order qualified for free shipping, and one or more items is out of stock, you will not be charged any additional shipping fees. We will honour the original shipping rate.

Conserve, Repurpose, Recycle!

In an effort to promote sustainability, we reuse and recycle shipping boxes whenever possible. As a result, your order may arrive in a box that was previously used for a different product.
